User Agreement for Self-Employed Maria Rumyantseva for the Sale of HistoryWalking Quest Excursions
General Provisions:
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the self-employed Maria Rumyantseva (hereinafter "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1.2. The Seller provides access to quest excursions through the HistoryWalking platform.
Purchase and Payment:
2.1. The Client can purchase quest excursions through the HistoryWalking platform.
2.2. Payment is made according to the tariffs and conditions specified on the platform.
Access to Quests:
3.1. After payment, the Client gains access to the selected quest for a month.
3.2. The Client can use the purchased quest at any convenient time.
Responsibility of the Parties:
4.1. The Seller is not responsible for technical issues arising during the use of the platform.
4.2. The Client agrees to use the quest excursions for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Cancellation and Refund:
5.1. Refunds are possible only in case of non-provision of access to the quest due to technical reasons.
5.2. Order cancellation and refund are not available if the Client fails to comply with the usage conditions.
Confidentiality:
6.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Client's personal information to third parties.
6.2. The Client agrees to receive notifications and promotional materials from HistoryWalking.
Intellectual Property:
7.1. Quest excursions and associated materials are protected by copyright.
7.2. The Client agrees not to use the materials for commercial purposes without the Seller's written consent.
Changes and Amendments:
8.1. The Parties have the right to make changes and amendments to this Agreement by mutual agreement.
Other Conditions:
9.1. The Agreement is considered concluded upon quest payment.
9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
9.3. This Agreement is valid in the form posted on the HistoryWalking platform.
